About Thomas L. “Tripp” Bass, III

As Director of Communications & Technology, Tripp manages and facilitates all network and technology-related operations at Harris Crouch.  In addition to administration of the network and telephone systems, he also provides desktop support for the organization.

Prior to joining the firm in 2003, he worked as an Agency Marketing/Technology Manager for Jefferson-Pilot. Previously, Tripp spent several years as a database/software development consultant with AT&T and Vanguard Cellular Systems and in management with Vanguard and Sears Regional Credit Card Operations Center.

• Earned PCS (Professional, Customer Service) and FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) LOMA designations
• Licensed Life & Health Agent with the State of North Carolina

Outside the Office

Tripp and his wife Crystal live in Elon, NC and have two children, Thomas IV and Maggie.
