About Shirley S. Porch

Shirley is the Underwriting Coordinator for Harris Crouch. Her primary responsibility is collecting and analyzing the medical background information necessary to determine the carriers most likely to extend competitive underwriting offers to our clients. In analyzing the medical history, she anticipates issues and works to resolve them prior to packaging cases for carrier review. Once offers are extended, she continues to guide each case through the medical exam, formal application, and policy completion process. Overall, she works closely with the agent and the carrier underwriters in obtaining the most favorable results for our clients.

Shirley started as an Administrative Assistant for Harris Crouch. She brings 30+ years of office experience including work in human resources, accounting, all facets of office management and executive support.
